Hello, I’m Tsukuru Uenaka, President and Producer at UENAKA Video Production.
Thank you for visiting our website. I’d like to take a moment to share what I personally value most when it comes to creating impactful videos.
My journey into video production started with a simple home video camera.
I used to shoot fun little clips with friends, experimenting with short films for the joy of it.
This was during the Windows 98 era—far from today’s editing capabilities—but even then, the thrill of having someone say “That was great!” was unforgettable.
That core desire—to bring joy to others through video—has never changed.
As I began producing videos professionally, I realized how important it is to truly understand our clients.
Anyone can shoot a beautiful scene or edit with clarity—but what defines a true video creator is how they bring added value.
To me, everything begins with listening.
We take the time to understand your goals, your product, your story.
Only once we know the why, can we begin shaping the how.
That process not only clarifies the creative direction—it often helps our clients better understand their own vision.
I make it a rule never to impose assumptions or offer cookie-cutter solutions.
Compared to my student days, video production has become incredibly accessible—anyone can film with a smartphone.
But if you’re wondering why it still makes sense to hire a pro, I believe the answer lies in how stories are told.
What should you leave out? What must you emphasize?
What kind of framing, pacing, or edit will truly move the viewer?
These are judgment calls that come from experience and instinct.
As the saying goes, “God is in the details.”
We’re a small but skilled team—flexible, responsive, and fully capable of handling your project from start to finish.
We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients.
Trust is everything. And trust is built through sincerity, consistency, and care.
That’s why we give each client our full attention, every step of the way.
Whether you’re just considering a video, or already in production, you might hesitate to ask certain questions.
Please don’t.
We want to be the kind of team you can talk to—people you feel comfortable asking anything.
In fact, many of our clients come to us later with non-video needs, from web design to exhibit support.
And that’s because we try to be truly helpful, not just deliver a project.
We’ve grown our services naturally, by responding to the real needs of the people who trust us.
