Learned video production from his father, a filmmaker, from an early age.

After university, continued creating videos while working in HR and corporate training, then joined UENAKA Video Production full-time in 2008.

Won the Gold Award at the 20th Japan ITVA (International Televisual Association) Corporate Video Contest.

Became company president in 2014 and continues to lead the team.
